We do not issue visas or guarantee approvals. All services we offer are subject to availability and dependent on third-party providers such as embassies, airlines, hotels, and consulates.

We are an independent private consultancy and not affiliated with any embassy, government, or official authority. Our role is limited to providing advisory support, documentation guidance, and appointment preparations only.

• All services must be reserved with full or partial payment as indicated during the booking process.
• Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and other approved channels.
• Quoted prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in exchange rates, airline fare adjustments, government or embassy fees.
• We are not responsible for any additional bank charges or processing fees incurred during the transaction.

We may coordinate or facilitate services through third-party providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, embassies). All such providers are responsible for their own services, policies, and compliance. We are not liable for any issues arising from their actions or procedures.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rukin Al Rahalah Tours shall not be liable for any loss, delay, denial, or additional costs incurred due to unforeseen circumstances, force majeure events, schedule changes by third parties, visa refusals, or any other issues outside our control.
