• All bookings must be confirmed with full or partial payment as specified at the time of booking.
• Payment methods include cash, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, or other approved channels.
• Quoted prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in exchange rates, airline charges, or government fees.
• We are not responsible for any additional charges incurred due to payment gateway processing or bank fees.

• We act solely as a facilitator in visa processing and do not influence the decision-making of any embassy or consulate.
• Visa fees are non-refundable regardless of the application outcome.
• All documents submitted for visa applications are the responsibility of the client.
• Processing times are indicative and may vary depending on embassy workload or public holidays.

• Packages are customized based on client preferences and are subject to changes in availability.
• Any changes requested by the client after confirmation may result in additional charges.
• It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they meet all entry requirements of the destination, including valid passports, vaccinations, and visas.

• Cancellation policies vary based on the type of service booked and will be shared at the time of confirmation.
• In most cases, flights and visa fees are non-refundable.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10-15 business days after confirmation and may be subject to cancellation or service charges.

• Rukin Al Rahlah Tours will not be liable for any delays, losses, injuries, or damages resulting from events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or airline cancellations.
• Clients are advised to purchase travel insurance to protect against unexpected disruptions or emergencies.

• The website content, including text, graphics, and media, is the intellectual property of Rukin Al Rahlah Tours and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without permission.
• While we aim to keep all information updated, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of all content at all times.
